The house is newly built in traditional style and has the
most spectacular 360 degree views of the Pagasitic Gulf
and the mountains behind.

Sleeping 8 people comfortably, the bedrooms are well
furnished, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, air conditioning and insect screens on the windows. Two of the
double bedrooms are en suite, the other shares a family bathroom with the twin room. One of the double rooms has an external entrance from the terrace. There is also a separate w.c. on the ground floor of the property.

There is a huge open plan living area with open fire, large dining table and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The luxury kitchen holds every facility you could want including a large fridge / freezer, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and a separate washing machine area. There is a further dining table on the main front terrace seating 8, from which to enjoy breakfast in the clear light of the early morning or dinner whist watching the magnificent sunset.

The house is secluded but quite accessible off an asphalt road. The seaside village of Horto, with several good tavernas, is only 5 minutes away by car and the larger seaside town of Milina and the market town of Argalasti are also very near.
